I would suggest that looking at Social Commerce from the CRM perspective is outdated. What really makes sense is to invert this i.e. VRM (Vendor Relationship Management). At Ubokia we have approached Social Commerce from the Buyer perspective. Let the Buyer Post what they Want and Sellers can respond to specific requirements. Even better, Sellers can see qualified customers and engage in meaningful dialogue. Sharing my Want then creates true Social Commerce in that trusted sources, friends and friends of friends, can participate in informing and locating what I am looking for.
